The Greater New Bedford Workforce Board, Commonwealth Corporation’s Career Technical Initiative (CTI) and GNB Voc-Tech have joined together to provide training in evenings and weekends to unemployed, under-employed and recent high school graduates.

Commonwealth Corporation provide Massachusetts residents access to career technical training by using the state’s existing resources at vocational high schools while simultaneously helping businesses grow by increasing the number of skilled workers to the workforce.

These hands-on courses are designed to give students a basic understanding of Automotive and Marine Technology.  Students completing these programs will be prepared for entry level jobs in the industry and will earn the OSHA-10
