This course will prepare students planning to take the Construction Supervisor’s licensing exam.
Students should bring a red pen or pencil, index cards, a black Sharpie, 66 Post-it tabs or equal, and a notepad.
Materials Provided:
- 2021 IRC, IBC & IECC Paperbacks and10th edition Massachusetts Amendments
- 521 CMR and OSHA 29CFR 2026 Construction Book
- Copies of example tests and practical questions are provided by Mass Nail It, LLC

12-Hour MA Construction Supervisors License Renewal
CP-12 – A
Night: Tuesday, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
4 weeks – February 17, 24, March 3, 10, 2026
Anyone holding a MA General Contractor’s License is required to take 12 hours of continuing education for that cycle. This course has been approved by the Massachusetts Board of Regulations and Standards for 12 hours of continuing education requirements.
