This hands-on course will provide the fundamentals necessary to create any special occasion cake from whimsical to elegant designs.  Decorate cakes and cupcakes with buttercream, chocolate buttercream, royal icing, and fresh whole berries.  In this class you will learn to make drop flowers, rosettes, roses, hydrangeas, leaves, and vine.  Have fun using techniques such as icing, smoothing, making borders, swirl icing, and basket weave designs. 

A schedule recipes and a supply list will be provided on the first night of class.

Combine your love for food with a passion for knowledge.  This course will cover the basic and advanced preparation of appetizers, stocks, sauces, soups, meats, seafood, and poultry.  Together with sanitation and proper knife-handling skills, we will embark upon a tasteful journey full of flavors and techniques.  Come and learn new skills you will use in everyday situations.

Learn to prepare Easter Dinner.  The menu includes Oven Roasted Buddah Ball Ham, Bunny Rolls, Maple Glazed Carrots, Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and Lemon Meringue Pie.
