Everyday Cooking the Culinary Way

Combine your love for food with a passion for knowledge.  This course will cover the basic and advanced preparation of appetizers, stocks, sauces, soups, meats, seafood, and poultry.  Together with sanitation and proper knife-handling skills, we will embark upon a tasteful journey full of flavors and techniques.  Come and learn new skills you will use in everyday situations.
