Greater New Bedford Vocational Technical Institute’s Mission is to prepare students for the future and develop graduates into tomorrow’s workforce.

The Mission and Goals are organized around three, core values; Preparation, Passion, and Perseverance.  Currently, the GNBVTI offers evening programs including Art, Carpentry, Culinary Arts, Foreign Language, Medical, and Welding. In addition, there are several evening continuing education/licensure courses including Construction Supervisors, Electrical, OSHA, Plumbing, and Steam Engineering.  Lastly, we are a Ch.74 Post-Secondary program.

New Art Class

New Art Class

Local artist, Temple Mitchell, teaches unique how-to workshops to produce handmade products by incorporating two or more art forms. You can create what you would buy from Etsy!
